What are your box office hours?

The Fillmore Detroit box office is open every Monday-Thursday 12-5:30pm with extended hours on Fridays 11am-6pm. On event days the box office is open two hours prior to door time. You may buy tickets for any Fillmore, Saint Andrews Hall or The Shelter show SERVICE FEE FREE! Please call 313-961-5451 for ticket availability.

Can you purchase tickets directly from the Fillmore box office over the phone?

No.

What is your camera policy for concerts?
+

It depends on each individual artist or performer's policies. Usually, small point-and-shoot cameras and cell-phone cameras are allowed. Cameras with lenses on them are considered to be professional-length are not allowed to be brought into the venue, unless artist has given prior approval to individual. Ushers will ask guests to leave such cameras in their cars. Audio or video recording is also almost never allowed at concerts unless otherwise noted.

We are located on Woodward Avenue, directly across the street from Comerica Park, at the corner of Elizabeth and Woodward Avenues.


What are some nearby restaurants?

Where can I park when I come to The Fillmore Detroit?

Parking is available across the street at the Comerica Park lots, behind HockeyTown in the Fox Garage, in Supreme Parking on Elizabeth Street and behind the Fillmore at Park and Elizabeth Streets.

How do I purchase ADA seating?
+

Purchase a ticket at any price level either online or via phone.
Upon arrival, please come to front doors and contact the Fillmore door staff. They will assist you to our ADA section on the main floor.

What is the door time for my concert?

Please check LiveNation for a listing of Fillmore Detroit concerts.
The door time is generally one hour prior to the concert start time.

How do I book the Fillmore Detroit for a special event?

What is the Fast Lane program?
+

The Fast Lane allows first entry after door time for concert-goers and may be purchased at the time of ticket purchase. There are a limited number of Fast Lane tickets available for each show. Advisable for General Admission events.


Is there an ATM at the Fillmore?

Yes, there is an ATM in the front lobby and one in the State Bar.

Is there a coat check at the Fillmore?

Yes, during the winter months our coat check will be open.

Once I am inside the building for an event, am I allowed to leave and come back in?

No, the Fillmore has a no re-entry policy that is strictly enforced.

No smoking is allowed inside The Fillmore Detroit, however we do provide outdoor smoking sections for our patrons.


Can I get a private tour of the Fillmore?

Electronic/dance/EDM shows are 18 . No one under 18 will be admitted, even with a parent or guardian present.
